I was driving home and I see my battery light go on and off but I find it strange because I just replaced the alternator and the tensioner.
When I parked the car I turned it off and back on and noticed the belt wasn't spinning until I revved the car it started spinning does anyone
know what it might be btw I spilled some antifreeze on it a few days ago.

it's obviously slipping, time for a new belt, or use baby powder to dry up the antifreeze

Take your chances trying to clean the belt and pulleys, or just pick up a new belt (cheap and good maintenance to do anyways.) Remove the old one, clean all the pulleys with a good de-greaser, let dry and install your new belt. Might also wana make sure your new tensioner is working properly.
