A friend of mine just wrecked his cavy rims and he needs some fast. i am near Hershey PA so nothign to far away please. Also nothing expensive, steelies will due.

Do you just need wheels or wheels AND tires? If you just need wheels, I'm sure you could find some 14 or 15" steelies at any local junk yard for about 100 bucks or less. Hell at some you could be lucky enough to walk out with alloys at that price.
On another note, I have 15" steelies and hubcaps with tires I'd be willing to sell. The tires are drivable, but two of them will ABSOLUTELY need to be replaced to pass inspection. PM me and we can discuss price.
I have a set of 15" steel rims with un-matching treads and hub caps as I used them for storage purposes only. Come pick em up for $50 up here in Syracuse, NY. I just want em gone, you'll pass an inspection with em.
