I snapped the little plastic piece of that attaches to the side of the shifter arm...and not one yard around here has a 5 speed...

I really don't want to spend over 100 bucks for the new cables when all i need is the little plastic snap piece at the end.

5 minute plastic weld to get your old one back together, then save a couple weeks to get them. honestly, they change the whole feel of the car.

Before I replaced mine the car was a PITA to get into 2nd 4th and reverse, plus it felt really sloppy. Afterwards, it was a night and day difference, just shifted way way better. Of course mine had come off at the ends and the wires were all frayed out of cables but you'll still notice a difference.

i bet i need to do them mie seems sloppy.

but if your set on a quick fix why not go to a junkyard?

i called all the local ones.the one yard has like 40 j's...all autos.

I went to harry's you pull it this weekend..and got both cables for 17 bucks.

nice. junk yard is a cheap mans best friend.

i wish i coulda found some cookl stuff there...i found some underglow on a yellow eco but didn't wanna take it.
