Hey thanks guys from someone who is 38 years old, a memeber of several forums throughout the GM family, well respected among my peers. I am not a J-body nut, I just have a few things I thought I'd offer to this community. Well no f-in thanks. Its going to the junk yard all you guys can cry when it hits the crusher.
The mods do a good job deleting posts and a poor job communicating.

Yes, I broke a rule. Sorry, I didn't read ALL the fine print. Point is RELAX, mods can send an email. Information is provided as a surprise. Post simply gets deleted and you have to figure it out. Really I don't need a dollar for these parts. As most owners of these cars are younger and going to school, college, etc, I thought I would try to offer them here to save guys some money. I don't care if some moron says they're $hitty, whatever, they're no longer for sale. I'm not whining, I really don't care you guys can have your little j-body community and keep out new people. You don't need new ideas or recources, you have them all covered here.

That is how @!#$ is done here. The mods have lives too. They dont have the time to sit down and write out a flowery, hugs and kisses email every time someone breaks a rule.

I was the one who gave you a warning, I am a moderator on the site and I am probably the only one who moderates the NE forum.
The NE forum is very strict about sales because of how much traffic and how many for sale/for trade/ etc posts get posted in this section. If these rules were not in place a post about a meet or j body related function would fall off the front page in a matter of hours. It is a shame that it comes down to this but as usual a few bad apples ruin everything.
Your post was not deleted it was moved to a forum that only mods have access to. Your warning is only for a day and it goes away. A premium membership for this site is only a few bucks a month.
Some car sites actually charge a fee to post a for sale ad or to put something in the classifieds, we don't charge a fee for that. But we do limit how much you can sell or what you can sell to prevent the site becoming a giant J body flea market.
Its nothing personal, nothing against you just the rules are the rules and I cant bend them for you but warn someone else. I would love to be able to send you an email saying your post is against the rules but what do I do for members who don't provide an email address? Also you cant modify your post after its been posted so me telling you its against the rules wont do much.
