Hey all.
I need the metal line that runs from the brake booster to the throttle body on a 2.4 motor...
Its the vacuum line for the booster... Its about 5/8" diameter black metal w/ several bends in it.
I lost mine when I did my motor swap and I have been using a piece of coolant hose.
Only problem, the brakes feel like they don't even work for the first couple seconds when slowing down quickly.. . Dangerous..
So, if anyone has this part to spare, please contact me. I will purchase it for a reasonable price, it would need to be shipped unless anyone in the Philly area has one..
Let me know please..
THANKS
_marc

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
@ Ryan Shissler: Thats definately it... Hit me up in PM if you can sell it please..
Rodimus, the car has been parked since you left.. I wanna drive it so bad because it looks mean as hell & sounds awesome- but its such a hassle dealing w/ this bull@!#$... I have a quad & a motorcycle that I'm always working on.. Just fed up w/ the car..
I gotta spend a couple hundred to get it road/tune worthy and MAYBE I can actually get a decent tune on it... Maybe I'll just scrap the whole thing & try to get a standalone system.. I dunno.. I want the car to work.
I can't afford to pay anyone to fix it for me and I don't have the knowledge to do it myself... I have a new garage partner who's really good w/ stuff like this- so hes gonna try to help me with it soon... I dont know what else to do.
I dont really understand what the problem is, so I really dont know how to fix it. If there even is a problem... WHO KNOWS !?!?!
Theres def a problem of some sort at all times even with the stock tune its commanding like 11.5 and wont lean out, some sort of ecu, IAT, maybe 02 sensor problem

It could be so many things, I dont even know where to start. I can't afford to throw new sensors at the thing... Maybe I'll go through my chiltons and just test all the sensors... I have a rear o2 simulator, so maybe thats messing it up.
I just ordered an FMU to help me scale the PE table up high enough and I need to buy a new battery for it....
I'm starting to get the modding bug... I pulled it outta the shop the other day to work in there.. I had a little fun out in the parking lot before pulling it back in and I forgot how cool it is to drive !!!
