Does anyone know if there are standard days/times when the track is open to the public? I used to think friday nights and saturday mornings were grudge night and test and tune respectively. That is unless there is an event that weekend then obviously that is off.

Yep, always known anything marked "Grudge Night" was open to the public. This is the first year I've seen the Frank FM grudge on the schedule, but it looks like open night by what I see on the
grudge page. All the info can be found there, days/time/price/whatever.
Well there is saturday morning grudge racing from 9am to 4pm. I'll be there with some friends and probably my bro with his procharged mustang. Hopefully it dries out over night. It's supposed to rain all day today and become windy overnight, with mid 50 degree temps tomorrow

I'd love to come watch your virgin races, and my husband would probably love to take his TA down a few passes... although we're going to a school's open house that's only going on from 9 to 2 or 3, so it's not likely.
you would prob have better luck going to cecil they are alot less anal about inspection and its cheaper and less crowded

So how did you do? Maple never gave me a hassle on my inspection. Made sure nothing was leaking, made sure the battery was secure, seat belt, visible lug nuts and I was on my way.

They only ran 1/8th miles due to "cross winds" my best was 10.062@71.4mph w/ a 2.4 sec sixty foot. I need practice!
