So check it, met a girl, etc etc etc... Valentine's weekend and two days after we're taking off. And we're thinking about doing some exploring west. Talk to me about a kick ass bed and breakfast, and some things to do for 4 days.
Your car may do 13 sec @ 103 mph, but my car does 146db @ 35 hz.

Cedar Point is always good. Put in bay is a pretty cool place as well.
Like I said last night, this place shuts down in the winter for the most part.
Depends on what part of Oh/IN your in.
There are Casino's in the Laweranceburg area... Cyclones Hockey in Cincinnati, Lots of nice restaurants in Downtown Cincinnati, Ky has, um.... nothing worth mentioning. lol.

You know, I just may take you up on that. I'll even go to the store and make us all some breakfast.
Like I said, this is from Feb 13-16, so it's going to be cold and snowy. I need maybe some outdoor activities, any types of tours, definitely a bed and breakfast.

There is plenty of skiing and snowboarding here in Ohio and over in Indiana.

For a B&B, your best bet is probably Nashville (between Bloomington and Columbus in IN46).
Don't know if there's enough in Nashville for me to kill 4 days, but my In-laws did a weekend at one of the B&B's and love it.
Aside from major sporting events, outside of Indy there isn't much to do this time of year that you can't find closer to home.
Chuckles: You're not the only person from southern IN, I live halfway between Louisville and Indy :p

I'm not a sporting events kind of guy, but the lady is into cars, I'm into cars, so it all works out (she's not butch either). I have a feeling we'll be building some kind of bad assed hot rod or tuner one of these years.
Jason - that just may be the meal ticket. Just looking for ideas to keep busy for a few days, new and exciting things.

the duesenberg museum is in auburn, just north of fort wayne
http://www.automobilemuseum.org/Pages/default.aspx
There used to be a corvette musuem here in Fort wayne but they closed it earlier this year.
There is always the GM Truck plant here too lol. Not really something you can go in and "tour" though
In Anderson, Indiana there is the Hoosier Park and Casino.
Somewhere south east of Indy is another Casino that is supposed to be bigger and better.
um thats all i really know about for "tourist" stuff. I remember couple years ago in Indy there was a place called Julians and was like a nice restaurant, then upstairs was a pretty cool arcade room. Probably comparable to Dave and Busters although I've never been to one.
if i think of anything else ill post it

Family stuff, wife's got my weekend pretty much already planned
Most stuff that a person can do in Indiana has been mentioned, stephen is thinking of Jillian's downtown indy, and it's still there. Fun enough for an afternoon, but definitely nothing to plan a vacation around.
