That's the best picture I could find. There's a big area front and rear where the skirt is, and it attaches to the inside lip of the wheel wells.
I also have a set of TRD skirts, looking at 150 for them. I need one of the two pairs sold please. I bought them from a member here, they do fit well.

Those are the TRD skirts. You can see that they fit. I bought them off of Andy, and they've sat.
