A little history.......
This has been my daily driver for a about 2.5 years now and has been a great car, the only reason I'm selling it is to move up to something a little nicer/newer. I did a carfax before i bought this car and it shows that this car has never been in a accident. I am the 3rd owner of this car, since buying it in August 2006 I've put only about 16,000 miles on it. I bought the car from a XceedSpeed member (ToledoEF) which owned the car for about 7 years and claims to have ONLY used full synthetic AMS oil the entire time he owned it, I personally have only used Mobil1 synthetic every 3,000 miles or less since i've owned it.
Things replaced by previous owner prior to sale.....
OEM Honda clutch
half shafts
alternator
battery
new water pump and timing belt at 95k
Things I've replace since i've owned the car.....
All front end control arm and strut bushings using OEM Honda bushings
Spark plugs, wires, and O2 sensor - All NGK parts
Complete new distributor, ignition coil, cap and rotor straight from Honda
Left front upper control arm and ball joint
The mods......
Tein S-tech springs (will include stock springs also)
KYB Gr2 shocks
Nuespeed front strut tower bar
Rear Strut tower bar (Ebay)
Rear lower tie bar (EBay, not installed)
Thermal R&D exhaust (all stainless)
ITR style shift knob (will include stock knob also)
Short shifter
High flow air intake (ebay FTW!) (will include stock intake/airbox also)
Real K&N filter
15X6.5 Nippon F-2 (Spoon/Slipstream look alikes - 11 lbs. each!)wheels
205/50/15 Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tires (^summer wheels/tires)
14" steelies w/ 185/55 Dunlop Winter Sport snow tires (for winter)
Amber JDM look corner lights (will include stock lights also)
Tinted windows (i think its 40%, never been pulled over for it)
Sony MD head unit
Sony 10 disc cd changer
(4) Eclipse 6 1/2 speakers
The Good.....
This is a very dependable car. It is for the last year and a half this has been my only running car and it has never let me down. It is mechanically sound, doesn't burn any oil. It's great on gas, by far the best gas mileage of any of the 20 or so cars i've owned. I average about 30+ mpg in all city stop and go traffic and 40+ mpg on the freeway. It has a power sunroof! With the snow tires on it pulls through the snow with ease. Even being lowered and with all the snow we've had dumped on us the last 2 years i've never got stuck, great winter car. With the summer wheels/tires on this car handles great, 2100 lbs, 4 wheel double wish bone independent suspension with mods - do the math.
The bad....
Its a 18 year old car. Although its pretty clean for its age, it does have a handfull of rust spots, dings and scratches. The A/C is removed. The front drivers side upper ball joint is starting to sound loose, i have a brand new complete control arm with ball joint waiting to go on the car but i haven't had the time to install it. The driver's seat is worn threw the the foam on one side so it has a home made seat cover on it ( a T-shirt lol). I've had the alignment twice, first after the control arm bushings and again after the ball joint/control arm was replaced, both times were when the summer wheels were on the car. For some reason, when i put the snow wheels/tires on the steering wheel is cocked a few degrees to the left when the wheels are straight and i have no clue why. The car drives straight, the tires wear perfectly even, just the steering wheel is not perfectly straight.
A few pics....

Blue book value is $2,720 for excellent condition with that mileage. Mine doesn't have a mint body but mods plus stock parts and 2 sets of wheels i think $2600 OBO is very fair not "Ouch". Last summer when the gas prices were $4+ per gallon these cars were selling for $7,000 on ebay.

The only reason I said ouch is because I'm looking for a hatch to run in demos this year...I wasnt saying it because your price was high.
in all honesty jeremy, i probably would have bought this car if it was for sale last week.
