I have one but it needs cleaned first. It came off a running motor with 45,000 miles. I think it is a 05 or 06 ecotec. It does not have the egr stuff if that matters..
as long as it didnt have any top end noise, cam runners have no marring it should be cool..the one i have is all effed up
