Paid 60 for a CAI 3 weeks ago cashed the money order, said he shipped it, didn't have a tracking number said he would get back to me. never did.

What kind of money order was sent?
USPS? or western union?
I am pretty sure you can file something with the USPS if it was thier money order.
it was a cashier's check through my bank.
if it was a cashiers check through your bank, you can have them cancel the check for fraud.
hopefully.

even if it has already been cashed, talk to your bank, see what they can do.....im pretty sure they can get you money back still.
I know my debit card purchases are protected.....I dont see why a cashiers check would not.

3, file suit with internet fraud complaint site.

here to get another scammer thrown in the slammer.

Not sure why he'd even have a CAI for you anywho, the Scott Carlson that is Spilner321 has the 2.4L and it's turbocharged; he never had a cold air intake, especially not for the Ecotec.
