i have for sale a Hahn Racecraft stage II turbo system with the super 20g turbo upgrade that i am selling for a friend. it has 12k miles on it, no shaft play and is a complete bolt on turbo kit. the buddy i am selling it for is John H here on the org. the kit was bought from hahn for 3600 and the super 20g upgrade was 700, so that is a total price of 4300 bucks. asking price is 2300 for the entire bolt on kit with the super 20g turbo upgrade. this is the same turbo kit that adam hahn ran his 11.44 on and is very capable of that here at higher boost.
here is a link to his cardomain with pics of the kit on the car and if you have any questions please contact me. im doing him a huge favor by selling this for him.
the port fueler is already mine so we are looking to sell just the stage II kit and the 20g upgrade. it is well worth the amount that is being asked for it

he isnt going to seperate the port fueler from the kit and sell it to me unless someone just wants the kit, so looks like im either going to have fetter make me a intake manifold or will get the new hahn port fueler or the gm intake manifold and modify my radiator support to make it fit. i dont know what im going to do about a radiator anymore since scott isnt going to go through griffin anymore. wish i could find an aftermarket automatic eco radiator.
John,
Do you remember the part number for the spacer to use the 20g turbo. I am upgrading my super 16 to the super 20g and the new woman working the phones over there doesn't know which one to sell me.
Thank you.

matt - my head will be at least $3,500 lol. it sucks but its the same head that gm uses on their 1400hp drag cars.
what you mean knock me out, like as in racing wise, cuz when im done its gonna take alot to take me down, or so i hope, if i can get traction. cant wait to hear what my t67 is going to sound like
the new port fueler is 1050 with port fueler option and extra bungs because the manifold itself is 850 and the pf option is 200
Hahn quoted me 1800 for the whole setup with the controller
Not in my budget

blackeco, thats for the old system right because on their site they have the new one as 839 for the intake manifold and 200 for the portfueler option
here is it and its 1040 bucks for the intake manifold with portfueler option
http://www.turbosystem.com/ProjectVehicles/New_Folder/Cobalt/Cobaltintake.htm
and here is the price list for it too also
H FI-4500 Intake manifold, Fits Ecotec motored Cars including; Cavalier, Sunfire, Cobalt $839.99
H FI-4510. Optional Injector mounting for PortFueler systems on Ecotec Equipped cars $210.00
H FI-5090 Stage IV calibration for Ecotec Port Fueler $52.49
H FI-5092 Stage V calibration for Ecotec Port Fueler $52.49
H FI-5060 PortFueler Control Module $272.99
so added up $1376 should be the highest it should be based on hahns price list and their page for portfueler
and yes the cobalt intake manifold is the exact same as the cavalier and sunfire ecotec manifold. adam is running this exact new manifold on his sunfire and has plenty of clearance. it will fit in all eco equipped cars
there still using the port fueler on the sunfire...no cobalt BS on it...
and obviously you didnt hear me out right...1900$ in parts, labor is free bitch..porting and cutting the valve seats is free..
ordered dartons sleeve kit so now i will have closed deck..effff you..new turbo will be here soon, i hope

its really pointless to sleeve your block unless your going to be running 600+whp at all times, which would be impossible on the streets. got that straight from gm racing division. stock sleeves are good to just over 800hp
the ecotec portfueler is the exact same for both the cobalt and cav and sunfire, there is not once difference in them

Just dug up my receipt
749.99 for manifold
200.00 for injector mounting
199.99 for portfuelr computer
49.99 for calibration
303.96 for 415cc injectors
69.99 for tach adapter
33.71 for shipping
roughly 1608 shipped.
so with the newer manifold and other parts being a lil more expensive. and shipping costs due to gas prices. im guessin the new one is around 1800-1900 and some change out the door for everything you need.
----HUGE PART OUT, HAHN portfueler, Turbo kit, 20g, Built motor, etc-----
12.5@116 2.0 60ft
add another 50 bucks because i got the same map that was on adams car on top of the editing program. so about $1658
also found the 20g upgrade too

499.99 16g to 20g upgrade core charge
99.99 for ecotec 20g install kit
9.99 for TD05/06 bearing
70 for 15psi actuator
33 for shipping.
so about 720 for the 20g upgrade.
Darry, there wasnt a part number listed with it. it just says MISC instead of a part number. sorry man

Thanks for the info. I ended up getting a hold of Aaron at HRC, he got me the part numbers. I wish I could do the core exchange. I would love to get that money back. They charged me 944.95 for just the turbo alone. Never even mentioned a core return. Not that they would want my turbo any way. The seals are leaking... It needs rebuilt.
So what is the deal with your port fueler? I dont need the injectors? If it is not sold yet I will give you $1000.00 plus shipping for it. I would have to pay via paypal and use a credit card though. Pay pal would be taking their cut of the money though. I am not sure what it is however.
PM me and let me know.
