hey guys im looking for an 03 and up 5 speed cavalier/sunfire that has been totaled out. i prefer it to be hit in the back, but i'll take a side impact one. i was wanting to buy the whole car for interior purposes as well as an eco-swap. i don't have that much to spend and was hoping to find a whole car for about 2,000 ish. let me know if anyone has something or knows of something. thanks, zach

I know there is one at the yard I was just at a week or so ago. It is Pick and Pull here in Columbus, Ohio off 104. It was a front impact though. I wanted to pull the 5-speed shifter and cables, but I don't have the reverse torx bit thing to get the front cables off. So I just passed it up. I wouldn't trust it at all if I was you. Plus I'm not sure if the Ecotec cables are the same as the 00+ LD9's Getrag since I need them for an swap I'm doing. It would be nice if you get one that you can drive home and everything still runs.

^What ever happened to your 2.4 that you had in that car? Did it go bad, and that is why you are doing the eco? Let me know cause I know you have told me before I think.
yeap thats what he's told me.
i know they sold my old 2004 with 9k miles on it for 3500$...had my lsd and spec stg 3 in it..i got what i could get off on the ground. but i still lost 7grand..

yeah it went bad. i spun a rod bearing. i was only about 2 miles from the house so i drove it on home to park it... after taking a deeper look, the crank was chewed up.. i just don't feel like messin with it to be honest.. LD9's are nice i love the torque but hell there not reliable. and (resurrected j) that makes me sad

but at least this time it will be secret cam swapped and what not. i just wanted my car back on the road, i was tired of seeing it sit there for a year.
Yeah, my Z....hasn't moved in....6-8 months.

i picked up one for 600 bucks that only had 70,xxx miles on it
