What kind are you Looking for? Cause my work (Advance Auto Parts) has them cheaper than 130 bucks and Summit Racing.com is cheaper than that as well. I dont know how much front ones are from Summit but you can pick up a pair of rear ones for 40 bucks from Summit, and I'm sure they aren't that much different in price.

Which Car do you need them for? The 98 or the 04? I will check around and see how much they are at my work.

I checked Summit's website and they have the strut mounts for $35.39 a piece. I haven't got a chance to take a look at my work cause we have been busy but i will check tomorrow night cause i close tomorrow.

For 2k+ I always use the Monroe Strut-Mates, under $100 for both fronts through Pep Boys....never checked the rears.
Used them on my Tein and Koni Yellow/Sportline setup and loved them.
No reason you can't use them on your '98 either, they come complete.
No idea on rear pricing.
