Thursday, March 27, 2008 8:35 AM
Just a heads up for anybody traveling thru the Toledo area, heard on the news last night that scrap metal theives are stealing catalytic convertors right off of vehicles in store parking lots while people are shopping now. And city leaders wonder why the city's population keeps dropping....

If you catch someone under your car just get in and drive over them.

Ha, I have that problem solved.....I don't have a converter.........

I have it solved that I lowered and now way to get to it unless they are jacking up cars. I'm thinking they are going after SUV's and trucks cause they are easier to get to and they tend to have bigger cats. These people are going to be saving money on gas now with an open exhaust. They should be happy right.

Yeah its more with the Jeep jerokee's.. They have copper or something in their cats and those are BIIG targets.. Especially here in Columbus.. This started early last year with that crap.. Freakin rediculous.. My co-works brothers Jeep got jacked for its cat convertor.

Btw, if they wanna try to jack my catylic convertor, they will be in for a big surprise if they can look up under there HAHHA,, I dont have one!!!!! .. bastards!!!

actually, it's probably the Rhodium. I think it's up to over $9k per ounce now.
