i had a new 2.4 block from the cobalt ss but upon getting it check for clearance prior to being zyglo cyl bores were way off..and had a small crack on the front..lame

Yeah, Fiero needs lil bit more displacement
. Plans are to work on the VVT later but to swap the L61 head.
The LE5 block is better suited as far as how the coolant tubes line up and a few other things are.
But for the right price I am still looking for a 2.2L
