Any chance you have the wiper swith/arm without the intermittent adjustment dial? My fiance just broke her's a couple days ago and they're stuck on high... luckily its been raining here for a few days. I'm going to take a look at it this weekend, but she said it feels like the arm isn't hook to anything anymore... its just loosely held in place.
