Parting Out! FS: Remote Turbo System, 5Zigen Rims, Tein Suspension, parts galore!!!

Yep, I'm parting out. I want a new car. Here's what I have up for sale:

Remote Mount Turbosystem $2,500.00

Yes, this is the infamous remote mount turbosystem that has been installed on my Cavalier for the past year now. The kit includes the following:

Garrett T3/T04E Turbocharger 57 trim .50 A/R .48 Turbine A/R stage 1 exhaust wheel
Turbonetics Deltagate Mark II External Wastegate
Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve (includes additional bov springs for different boost levels)
Johnnyracecar.com Intercooler with custom quick disconnect mounting brackets with anti-vibration rubber coating
All 2" stainless steel T304 charge piping with proper routing for any 3rd gen J-Body.
GM 2 Bar MAP Sensor
RB Racing remote Oil Sump with electronic shutoff timer (this is used to run the sump for 30 seconds after the car is turned off. The SAME PUMP that STS turbo systems uses on their remote mount systems!!!)
Stainless steel turbo oil inlet line with all fittings including 1psi check valve (used to prevent oil from dripping into the turbocharger when the car is turned off)
Stainless steel turbo oil sump return line with all fittings
Turbo outlet to oil sump inlet fittings and hose
All necessary charge pipe couplers (high dollar 4 ply hightempsilicone.com couplers)
K&N filter with K&N snocharger waterproof cover
2.5" mild steel (but ceramic painted) turbo and wastegate inlet pipe
2.5" mild steel (but ceramic painted) turbo and wastegate outlet pipe
All t-bolts needed to piece together the intake piping.

This is a very serious turbosystem for a very serious person. On my stock 2.4 LD9 block, I dynoed 279.9hp and 269.0tq at the wheels. The kit definitely has more power in it than that, but you will need a built engine to get the max out of the turbocharger. I have put countless hours of fabrication and research into this system over the past two years and damn near $4,500.00 into the cost of the project. This is definitely a killer deal for someone who is looking for a totally complete system. The intake piping to the throttle body will have to be modified if you are using anything other than a 2.3 intake manifold. In other words, if you have an ecotec powered car or a 2200 or whatever, the intake pipe will have to be switched up a bit. The hot side piping might also have to be tweaked a little since I designed the undercar intake piping to work around an LD9 engine. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing my full exhaust system that is for sale as well since the turbo exhaust inlet and outlet pipes were made for the system. Also, if you send me your stock oilpan for your car, I will send you mine that is already tapped for the oil return.

2000+ J-Body 255lph Walbro Fuel Pump $100.00

This comes already installed in the included fuel cup which has been cut. People will talk of fuel cut with the cup being cut, which is true. However, it's not as bad as it sounds. With the cup cut, I begin seeing fuel cutout around 1/8 tank left. The pump has worked flawlessly to support the horsepower that my turbo system has been putting out. I require your stock fuel pump and

O2 Sensor Eliminator $40.00

From Casper Electronics. They don't sell this anymore since they got nailed by the EPA. Get it while you can.

RKS Upper Engine Mount $20.00
RKS Lower Engine Mount $20.00
GM Front Strut Tower Brace $25.00
Rear Strut Tower Brace $25.00
CC.net Tranny Mounts $20.00

Control Arm Bushings $30.00

Brand new. Never installed.

Neon Brakes $450.00

These have been installed an used for a total of 1 MILE. Yes, I typed that correctly. ONE MILE. The pads haven't even been broken in yet. You get the following with this system:

The entire conversion system from Joshua Dearman (mounting brackets, SS brake lines for FRONT and rear, all required hardware)
Brand new custom black powdercoated calipers (by Miller Performance)
Brand new EBC black oxide brake rotors
Brand new Hawk HPS pads
Brand new e-brake shoes

5Zigen FN01R-C 17" Hyper Black Rims and 225/45/17 BFGoodrich g-Force KDW2 Tires $1,000.00

One of the favorite things about my car. Two wheels are absolutely flawless. The other two have very minor imperfections. The driver's side front wheel has some of it's powdercoat missing from the inner lip that's touching the bead of the tire. Not a huge deal since you can't see it unless you are within a foot of the wheel. The driver's side rear wheel has a BB size rock chip out of the powdercoat where the lugs are. Again, not a huge deal. Everything else is absolutely fantastic and totally worth you purchasing this wheel/tire combo.

Installed

Tein Basic coilover Suspension $600.00

This is by far my favorite part about the car. There are a couple scratches in the green paint that I filled in with black paint (it's the only thing I had on me at the time) to prevent the struts from rusting out. I will include with them the adjustment wrenches used to raise and lower the coilovers. The struts have about 12,000 miles on them and still ride amazingly.

225/50/15 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radials $75.00

Used for a couple dozen times down the strip. There's at least another 5 dozen runs left in these.

Boost Gauge Cluster $50.00

Cluster comes with a DynoTune boost gauge mounted in the lower left hand corner. A really trick mod in my opinion. The unit lights up blue when the light is turned on. I will require your original 2000+ sunfire or cavalier cluster as a core.

Picture (the gauge is in the lower left of the lower cluster in the pic)

HP Tuners $300.00

All the credits are used up on this guy, so you'll have to spend $100 per car to get a car licensed to use with it. However, there is a license on the unit for ALL 2000 Chevy Cavaliers (2200, 2.4, auto trans, and manual trans) so you won't have to buy any extra licenses if you have that type of car.

Misc 2.3 Pump Conversion Parts $75.00

This includes all the necessary parts needed to do the 2.3 oil pump conversion EXCEPT the following:
2.3 oil pump
crank ring gear
modified oil pan

RKSport Import Figher Sides $160.00

These were off of Chad Gillies' car. Excellent shape.

LS Sport Rear Lip $40.00

This was also off of Chad Gillies' car. Some tabs are missing, but that's not a huge deal. Also in excellent Shape.

Black Corners $20.00

Nearly brand new. They only have about 100 miles of use on them. Purchased off of eBay. They're not painted, but actual black plastic was used.

2.5" SS T304 Exhaust Piping $200.00

This is a full 2.5" stainless steel exhaust system that includes a Dynomax SuperTurbo U-channel muffler Ractive exhaust tip, intermediate pipe (connects the main pipe to the muffer), and all bolts necessary to put the system together.

Picture (Turbo system NOT included UNLESS you purchase is above. There is an intermediate pipe that goes in place of the turbo to connect the exhaust to the muffler.):

Magnaflow resonator $75.00

One of the best resonators you can buy. I had intentions of putting this on my 2.5" SS exhaust system for the purpose of making the car ultra quiet. The resonator is brand new and still in box.

Saab Turbocharger $100.00
This is a Garrett T25 turbocharger that was purchased from a wrecking yard as a backup stock replacement for my 1999 Saab 9-3. It's in fantastic condition with very minimal shaft play. Internal wastegate and housing are included. I paid $200 for this from the yard with a 90 day warranty. It's well past the warranty period, but I'm sure it's still in fantastic condition. I didn't end up using the turbocharger because I was successfull in rebuilding my stock one.

Shipping will be determined on a per user basis with actual UPS charges. Please add 3% to the total cost if you are paying with PayPal.

No problem. It's basically every bolt, the pump pickup, and windage tray. I'll see if I can snap one tonight. I know the tray is pretty rare at this point in time.

Yes, the price is for 2. The IF sides are IF sides. If you want a picture, go to RK's website. They're painted the 03+ blue color at the moment. Nothing is wrong with them.

1010tires.com has the drag radials for $194.99 EACH
RK Sport sells the side skirts for $140.00 EACH.

If you went to them and purchased the parts new, they'd cost $669.98 PLUS another $100 or so for shipping.

If I gave you these parts any cheaper, it would be considered stealing on your behalf.

The best I can do for you is you can avoid the PayPal fee and the shipping charges if picked up in person...

understandable. I was just looking at the money it would cost me to drive 8 hours and knew i wouldn't have enough. Looks like you sold the sideskirts already anyways. Good luck selling the tires. Hopefully that turbo kit goes to somebody on the org. It would suck to see that thing disappear.
