Did you run a ignition wire? When you install the harness you have add a wire so your deck will come on. You can run it over to the fuse box and tap into a wire that has power with the ignition on.

That's the only reason I can think it wouldn't work is that the accessory isn't hooked up...
If you're willing to pay $50 to get it to work just take it to Best Buy, it's $50 + tax for them to install...
have you checked the wiring on the other end? perhaps the accessory wire isnt connected well enough to provide the juice to your head unit? i have no idea, just an idea i thought of while reading through the comments... bad acc. wire? is the HU new? bad connector in HU? lol ... when it comes to wiring, there are as many options as there are pimped out civics.
well i tried running it to the fuse box and still nothing, i was going to take it to best buy but they want to sell me an all new bracket and harness, when they just sold me these a few months ago
