This was in the paper (The Virginian Pilot) yesterday. This petition hasn't been up long and is up to around 112,023 signatures, and is gaining momentum fast.... It'll takes 2 seconds to do and you'll help to get rid of the ridiculous and excessive driving fines and new points system.

Law makers are trying to claim that only serious infractions are in the new laws and minor ones (such as failure to yield are not)....
the never once mentioned simple speeding...
its my guess they want you to think its not covered when really it is...
