Do you have a 360? Red ring of death have you feeling down? Don't want to pay the money to have M$ fix it? Well I got a trick for you.
SO you;ve heard about the towel trick? Well forget it, I got something way better. The 2 yr old drop trick. Its quite simple, set everything up so that it looks as though you are doing the towel trick, then have a 2 yr old (could be yours a friends, or one you pick up off the street) randomly drop on it... Voila problem solved.
True story btw, I'm at my friends trying to do the towel trick to fix his 360 ( which does work) when his daughter stumbles through the living room and falls...right on the 360, oddly enough the red ring is gone and we've been enjoying tenchu for awhile now... Scary eh?
Can you explain this towel trick....

WoW you are dumb as hell... Did you know the 360 now have a 3 year warranty? All this dropping or hitting the xbox will just mess it up in the long run that might make you not get a new one for free. Just thought I would let you know before you try this again.

I was gonna say. The 360 even if from day one, is currently covered under warranty.
actually...its not...It was a launch 360 and it is past its warranty. We called M$ and they said it was out of warranty, if we want them to fix it it would cost him $200+. And yeah, doing ANYTHING to this extent to ANY electronic will void any and all warranties tied to it, and it brought up as a LAST resort. His was dead, they wanted lots to fix it, and I said wth try this. If he really @!#$ it up, guess what... he was already paying for it its not like they would tell him no...
Towel Trick: Wrap the 360 completely with a towel, let it run for 10 minutes ( no more then 15) turn it off, let it cool for 15-30 minutes. It should work after that.
