I was wondering if anybody around the East Central area of Indiana that is working on their J-body car (who hopefully knows somewhat what they're doing) who wouldn't mind letting me hang around and watch/learn how to modify our cars. I don't have a lot of experience with cars, but am mechanically inclined and have worked on small engines/mopeds/motorcycles. It doesn't matter what kind of work you are doing, I would just like to learn. I would like to begin to modify my 98 cavalier z24 as I get the money, and I know that seeing things done is the easiest way to learn.

by "East Central".... are you refering to the regional location?? or are you actually talking about the city!? cuz im not toooooo far from East Central schools. but then again i dont really work on my car much cuz i too dont have much money! lol

Godspeed, I was refering to the regional location in Indiana, (I am about an hour and a half northeast of Indianapolis). Hopefully we will both be able to overcome the lack of money so we can do what we want to our cars
