Bill Fox Chevy in Rochester, MI, has a clean '97 LS Convertible w/ 65,000 miles. 2.4L, A/C, PS, PL, PW, Cruise, and AT.
Their asking price is a bit steep, but it looks to be a really clean, low-mileage example. If I had the cash and capacity, I'd pick it up.

You could always check autotrader.com. I just did a search for them in my area and like 10 came up and most looked pretty clean.
I miss my 97 vert. even if it was slow compared to my 04. Good luck with the search.
