Looking to sell my recently acquired 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback. This car is AWD (of course!) with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Here are some other details on the ride.
-Power windows, door locks, and side mirrors
-Keyless entry
-ABS
-Dual front airbags
-Rear window wiper/washer and defrost
-Cruise control
-60/40 split rear bench seat
The Good:
-Clutch grabs just fine, wont slip
-Silverstar headlight bulbs/nokya JDM yellow fog lights
-A/C blows cold, heat is nice and hot
-All windows roll up/down perfect
-All door locks work perfect
-Fidanza short throw shifter with leather knob
-Kartboy front/back shifter bushing kit
-New wiper blades all around
-Air filter is clean
-Everything is in place and in working order
-Comes with remanufactured alternator, CV boots, correct NGK wires/plugs, stock shifter, might have more..
-proof in state of a bill that all 4 shocks/struts have been replaced in spring of 2005.
-original window sticker!! and owners manual
-Carfax report can be provided, I am 2nd owner.
-Drawtite hitch plug underhood which leads me to believe it was towed behing an RV, thus racking up the higher miles...
The Bad:
-Rust damage on both front doors and both rear 1/4s, no holes. halfass repaired at one point in its life.
-Slight trans noise when idling and not pushing clutch pedal down, never bothered me enough to search for problem.
-both front outer CV boots torn, no clunks/noises at all coming from them. plenty of life. as stated above I am providing new boots ready for install.
