Im thinkin about tryin to get something arranged for when spring rolls around. Maybe meetin at the Easton mall in columbus or sumthin' i know its only november, but i really want to get something goin for next year. Anyone need a ride? cuz i dont feel likw drivin 3 hours by myself...

sweet maybe i will next time Hotbug I'll probably renew this post sometime in febuary and see whats happening. Cant do Dayton, if i was gonna drive there clear from Youngstown id have to get a hotel room or something overnight. Its just too far.

aww come on now. i drove from cincinnati to youngstown. spend all day at the bash then drove home that night 10 hours of driving and 6-7 hours at the bash. u can do it lol

he almost didn't make it last time, he looked beat by about half way. that ION must be a handfull.
I got a route for a road trip planned already, twisty and fun looking through wooded and hilly areas. It should be pretty fun as long as we can keep safe.
that chassis on ohio construction roads sucked. But yeah id hafta overnight a dayton trip.

Hey Hotbug,
Is that route you made up going thru Wayne National Forrest? That's my old stomping grounds. I might be up for a roadtrip down to the old homestead if the timing is right, and you guys don't mind that I do not have a j body. I do have 2 other GM cars though and would be driving one of them.

the route is the 555 from Zanesville south, then east to 61 then back north to Zanesville. A little city driving, and a whole lot of twisty hill driving. About a 3 hour tour (less if people don't want to go that far or for that long) if we go the whole distance.
The 555 made the top 25 roads in the US (I think it was like #16), with Tail of the dragon being #1. It's said that it is tricky in some places since there are no signs to warn you of turns at the top of hills in some areas, and some of the curves are not marked real well.
