ok well about 4 months ago I hit a racoon and it tore a skirt off and broke my rear when I was near finished molding in the rear and tonight on the way home what happens I hit another racoon this time the rear and sides are fine but I tore up my front most of it is still intact and its fixable but this really really sucks

I nailed a racoon going through a corner one time at about 45mph in my Porsche. Hit the drivers side and somehow got under and hit it with both tires. Scared the @!#$ out of me, got home and found out there was no damage to the car, except for 1 broken mount holding the bumper. It does suck, sucks worse for the little bugger that met his maker.

Urethane can still lose to woodland creatures. I was riding with my cousin in his SRT4. We tagged this big f'n raccoon (think medium dog almost -- probably 30 lbs or so). Cracked his bumper (factory) and took out a foglight. $900 damage. So I believe ya that that sucks. I try to dodge anything bigger than a squirrel if I have time. Kinda hard at night though.

well after closer inspection I've decided just to scrap the whole front there are so many stress cracks and splits and clean throught brakes its just not going to be worth fixing so I'll just get a new front the start of the new year and just drive the winter car till then
