So, is there anyone planning on going to the Heritage 2K6 Show in Whitesburg, KY? It's September 8-10th. We have went for the past couple of years and of course we're going again. It's an AWESOME show for anyone who hasn't been before. The cops let you do basically anything that you want to (burn outs, dragging, anything of the sort).
Here's the website for more info:

Last year I saw a couple of j's there (only know one of them, tho).

You got a room yet? We always stay at Parkway Inn but it's already booked. As is Super 8, the host hotel.
-Crystal
Well, I wasn't thinking about the fact that you live in Kentucky. You might be close enough to it to just drive home, huh?

where the hell is Whitesburg
...
F'n A I'll be there again this year.
For alot of people since Whitesburg literally has two hotels for anyone coming through Pikeville, they'd better off to stay there. Theres alot more places to eat, sleep to choose from. Plus its only like a 30-35 minutes drive from Whitesburg.
I live a little over an hour out. But I'll only be there Saturday and Sunday anyways.

But we come from the other direction. We might have to end up staying in Wise County, VA. It's supposed to be only 15 miles away. Who knows.
Can't wait to see your car again, Zach.
Stenger, ever heard of Mapquest? lol
Here are some directions.

I think Pikeville and the towns in Va. are actually almost equal distances from the show. Whitesburg is literally in the middle of nowhere, but from what they say, its the best sport compact/mini-truck show in the state.

I def. believe that. I was reading about it at StreetSource and they say they expect around 3500 vehicles! Wow. It's a great show for sure.

I'll be there hopefully with my buddys truck.
To anyone that lives close r there any good campsites around there that are'nt to strict on the drinking
Crystal we are staying at the Super 8 in Whitesburg...4 to 5 hrs is a long drive.
Michelle, you guys lucked up and got the host hotel, huh? I guess I just waited too late to make reservations this year. I'll know better next year. I'm supposed to get a call of someone cancels at Parkway Inn but I hate to wait till the last minute just waiting for someone to cancel. Then, knowing our luck, all the hotels at the VA/KY border will get booked, too. haha
And yes, that's too long to have to drive for sure. It takes us somewhere around 3-4 hours to get there I believe.
-Crystal
Me, neither! Still have no place to stay, tho.
-Crystal
Someone cancelled at Parkway Inn, so that's where we're staying again. I'm very excited. Just a couple of days!

I would like to go but I am not going to be able to make it. Damn Family reunion crap.
I'll be there saturday evening and night. Not showing the car, but REALLY excited to see some nice J's. Hope I get to meet some of you guys
