my antenna is 8", metal with black finish, and basically brand new... i've only had it for 2 weeks.
but since ive moved back home i have a ton of hills ( i live in the BOONES!!).
as for the price hows 15 shipped sound? i cant remember what i paid, i think it was around there.
if you wanna see it on a j, there is a thread on short antennas that have a ton of pics.
