there is a car show that i go to every year in rising sun, IN... bout 2hrs south of noblesville. anywho, im not sure if i'll go this weekend cuz it would be a long drive by myself. so i thought i would see if anyone else would be interested in comin down with me. i'll post more details later... if you may be interested, let me know. it usually starts around 8-9am and ends around 4... all day kinda thing. all kinda of cars, not many "tuners" nor any specific class but i got a trophy 2 years ago....

they have classes set up by years... so it may be 2000+ is a class, how many years in each class will depend on how many cars. they usually have over 400. it started with mainly older cars and motorcycles, but newer cars are coming in. i'll have to contact the director to see what registration will be this year. the earlier we get there, the better (shade) spots we may get... but it doesnt really matter to me. the best place to be is not in the shade on main st. what else do you wanna know?

i want to know the rundown of every car involved and their owner, and any weakness so i can take advantage and get the win. oh wait diffrent sport. never mind lol


are you leaving from up here im guessing. i'd figure on leaving here in time for us to get there when they open. probalby be taking both cars so tara can head over to her mom and dads when she gets bored. where in rising sun is it? either post on here or give me a call. i got softball tonight so maybe call me tomorrow some time and we can work out the details. we have the hhr so if its in the grass or something we can bring the pop up canopy.

well, its downtown in RS, which if you ever drive through rising sun, you'll see "downtown" lol they close of streets and park the cars in 3 to 4 rows. shade depends on where you are parked.... get there early, you'll be along the river, then they start going up main street and branching out onto other streets. yes, i'll be driving down from muncie if i go.

Sorry guys I would go, but Ive got a 90th birtday for my Grandma and another birthday for one of my good friends daughter, so I cant make it. I went last year, it wasnt a bad show, although a little boring after youve seen everything so make sure you pack chairs and some food and drinks, I think we were the only tuners there last year except for one dude in a VW, lol. hey man its cool... i was leaning not to go due to gas $$ and milage. as far as being the newer car, not so much. with the release of the new mustang and all those im sure there'll be some there. (especially the saleen mustang club that always attends).
