well I have a sale pending on a 3 bedroom house in Huber Heights near the fire station and huber heights animal hospital

a 1 full bath and a half bath (I'll be looking into expanding the half into a full)

garage was converted into a a nice size living room

I'm looking for at least 1 or 2 roommates

rent will be $400 a month plus utilites which I will probably set a rate after I find out how much they are going to cost me
