Not a bad price, but with 50K miles, it might be a little steep. New you can get them for just over $17,000 with dealer fees and crap.
Then again, the dealer I purchased my 2006 tC had a 2005 tC (my test drive victim) for sale with 17K miles. They wanted at least $19,000 for it, with absolutely no extras (sticker was 22,390).
I love my tC though. Just washed/clayed/cleaner waxed her yesterday... Tonight, I polish and wax.
