I finally have a closing date on the house I am buying, and am currently looking for a washer, dryer and electric stove. Cheap, but lightly used would be great.

I am buying the house off of my Grandmother, who is moving in with my Mom, so a good portion of the furnishings are staying put.

Also- anyone have advice as to who to carry my homeowners insurance through?
I currently have Allstate for my motorcycle coverage, and they would offer my a multi-policy discount, but I wanna know if they are worth it?

Yeah, I just bought a house that came with an electric Jenn-Air stove. It isn't a 'brand-new' model, but it is a top-of-the-line brand. As it stands right now, it's just taking up room where I could be working on the CavFire.
