LS Sport Trunk lid with spoiler

My car is a 2002 and I recently picked up a LS Sport/z24 spoiler and was wondering if anyone knew what size and where to get the bolts to attach it and if anyone near by has a trunk with the holes drilled for it already so I can make a template of it so I can drill my holes in the gauranteed right spot. PLEASE help me out. Thanks.
