well the mods either didnt see my thread that i accidently put in photos, or didnt care to move it. so im going to go ahead and start a new thread in the right forum, lol.
There has been some talk circling about possibly starting something up again... OBCC-2 or something new... whatever... I wanted to get some feedback from those who were OBCC members as well as the other people in central ohio that have entered the picture and befriended the old OBCC peeps since the club died. Do you guys want to start something official again? have a web forum again? regular meets? Or would you rather just post stuff here in the regionals and keep it unofficial? seems like many of us are much deeper into our cars now than we were before, plus there are more people involved in the columbus scene. Post up your thoughts!
-Adam

I dont think we should do a club, we can still call ourselves OBCC without being a club.

i kinda miss the good ole days when we stuffed 6 cars in the warehouse at my old work. only down side to that was i ended up working on 6 cars and never got any of my own work done. the problem with the club the last time around after i left was several diffrent people wanted the club to be ran a certain way and each person wanted their own way or no way. to me the club was always about the people and not nessicarily centered around the car itself. as long as you make the club for the people and not one certain aspect of cars in themselves there shouldnt be much of an issue. the best times ive had with the club were everyone hanging out under the canapy at the shows hanging out. even if people didnt enter the show they were still there to hang out and to support the other guys and thats what made it enjoyable for me.

Well I don't have much to say other then lets start meeting up more offten.
I meant to write this up earlier but I forgot so I am not a loser David lol. I sent Tony (CannonFodder) a PM on Friday to move the one in P&M to here but he's been MIA lately and I didn't really feel like wanting everyone in P&M hear what I have to say.
I like the idea of having a club so that we can make a name for ourselves but not having all the club rules, if that makes any sense. I also agree with David and not make it strickly J's because a lot of us will or eventually will move on from them and we also have friends such as Mike and John who do not have J's anymore.
I'm already on enough forums so one more wouldn't really make a difference to me. I would almost think that we would have to have a seperate board if it's going to be open to all cars.
-Erin
Well said Erin.
I agree Trey, we need to meet up more regardless.
