for all of you who know what they were. it was a motorcity ( metro detroit ) race shop for over 30 yrs, had 5 stores. livonia, roseville, taylor, madison heights, and waterford. i was actually a employee of the waterford store as some of you may know. well i lost my job as things started to go down the tubes. i knew it was comming for the past 6 months there were many signs but i had no idea it would have happened this fast. its kinda wierd to drive by there and see an empty store, i shoped there for race parts before i even had my liscense. ive herd that livernois motorsports has purchased the taylor and livonia stores so that will be good for them i just hope they handle everything better than the owners of ramchargers did because they are $hitheads in my book, never told any of the employees that the stores were even going to close just showed up one day and they didnt have a job. oh well all you can do is move on.
Yeah, one of our members, Bill, was managing the Livonia location so we knew it was coming...

I've only ever passed by the Waterford store, never been in it before. That was back when I wasn't into cars and didn't know exactly what it was. Plus I was either going to or leaving work.

that sucks bro, woulda been cool to meet you again except for the 5 min we talked at the central show....... speaking of which i was in central all weekend visiting my girl still am actually ill be leaving for k-zoo in the morning.
