Hey guys, I noticed that Ryan Hoffman is one of the members of J-bom. He and I recently had a deal go sour. Basically, I mailed him a turbo and itnercooler that I had sitting around for the NX wet nitrous kit that he had listed in the classifieds. He was really excited about it and sent me e -mails almost every day asking me about what he needed and what he had to do in order to safely run boost. The day that I got the deliver confirmation from UPS, he stopped responding to me. I really don't want to go to Michigan to pay him a visit if I don't have to. I used to live there and I still have family there so I will if it comes down to it. But still....
If anybody can give me any contanct information or inform him that I WILL pay a visit with a few friends if he doesn't respond to me, that would be great. I have all of our e-mails saved as well as his classified listing if anyone wants to check out the situation. I have also completed succesful transactions with at least 10 other JBO members with NO troubles.

Nowhere did I threaten. If I can't get a hold of him and have nothing but his address, the only thing I can do is go see whats up which doesn't bother me any because as stated I have family there. Don't jump to assumptions. I am not a violent person and in no way an e-thug. I was trying to get a phone number or if someone knows him, a reason he stopped answering my e-mails because it doesn't make sense to me. He was e-mailing me every day at least once prior to the delivery comfirmation.
Mr. Pute, he is a member of J-bom and I know this. That means he talks to people in J-bom. That means somebody in J-bom would know whats up. I don't even know if he was happy with the turbo and intercooler or if everything arrived in one piece.
How dare YOU accuse me of slander for simply asking members of J-bom to help me. There was never ANYTHING negative about the club in my post. Your forums would not allow me to registery as a guest. That is why I asked here. I am trying to AVOID any troubles here.
Look.... I've spent a whole lot of money building my race engine over the course of close to two years. It is finally nearing completion. Every single loss of money is a set-back. My set of 19" rims that I was selling just got stolen two nights ago and the Ryan stopped responding to my e-mails. I APPOLOGIZE if you feel that what I said was threatenning (although I wont say anything about the slander remark.)
Can somebody just tell him to e-mail me, call me or respond to this post? It would be GREATLY appriciated.

I got the e-mail. Everything is cool. There really isn't much to say that I haven't already written you back. I wasn't even thinking about our addresses. I was just posting the confirmation e-mail so everyone didn't just dismiss my claims.

My apologies for coming off so sharply. I didn't accuse you of slander. I wouldn't of even posted anything if you did commit such a thing. I would of taken the action to file suit immediately if you did.
It was mearly a warning to prevent such a thing from happening and to make you and others aware of slander. Most of the retards on this forum just blab their mouth off saying anything and everything when they're in a similar situation and all pissed off.

In the state of Michigan, that is known as consipiracy to commit assault, which I believe carries a jail sentence if convicted. It just tripped me off because you were threatening a friend of mine who also happens to be a club member. I didn't want the club involved at all due to the fact that this is a personal matter between you and Ryan.
But, I'm glad you guys worked it out without this becoming a huge mess. From the looks of it, I'm the source of the majority of the mess that has been posted.
