I'm done planning NEO meets. Too many people take it too loosely and don't show up or "forget" to come.

i planned the july "meet" which was a complete and utter disappointment. people who responded to the thread saying they were "definitely coming" either got the date wrong, or "decided not to go." Theisler actually showed up on time, and i got there a half hour late because i was having "car trouble." other than that, zeke, jess, Dan, jeff, and a couple other people showed up around an hour late, stayed for 10 min. then had to leave for one reason or another. so after hanging out by the den til about 730-8 ish theisler and i bounced.
therefore, we are leaving it up to the other boardman people to set up the next one. i always like to attend if i can.
Youngstown Sports Grille? or something like that , maybe during a football game? Just a suggestion, maybe its just me but places like that sound more exiting than Bears Den.
I'll be there wherever. whenever. I got stuck working last time but I won't let it happen again.
