In Virginia we are only allowed to have 50% front side windows/35% rear side and back (lower number=darker tint) with the exception of limos and law enforcement vehicles. Does anyone know if it's legally possible or have the details of how to get a limo license/permit (for the purpose of having darker tint) without actually running a limo business (e.g., paying a reasonable yearly fee, etc.) ?
