I have a 1996 2.4L motor ( in pieces)
I has a reconditioned crank
new rings (less than 5k miles)
Now I will say that in in pices and needs to have crank reground on #1 cylinder as the machine shop did not do my rods correctly the first time. I have all the pices bolts including the oil pan and intake manifold. Engine needs to be reassembled or used for parts. It only has 5128 miles on the complete rebuild. The head is stoc and belonged to a 97 motor but is perfect.
You can have it for $100 or best offer.
Reason for selling: I have recently sold my 96 Z24 and purchased a 93 Z28 I need room to store my LT1 for the build. I need to get rid of this stuff fast.

that's a hell of a drive, i did just drive back from Florida though. i think i'd have to see how far Virginia Beach is from southeast Michigan.
well, the trip is an est. 11 hours and 10 minutes, and 703 miles.
the good news is that i can drive that in one day.
is the beach nice this time of year?? and how bout' the women?
The women are ho @ all for of the beachs near me !!! you can tell summer has hit around here !!! It pretty nice right now .. give it another week and all the torist attractions start and the major beach gets over packed.

i definetly want an engine to start rebuilding, but that's a pretty long ass drive. i don't think i can take anymore days off work to come get it, so i guess i'm SOL.
one question though, what did you do to hit 200hp N/A? that's my goal when i finally get a chance to do a rebuild.
in my registry it explains alot of it ...
PnP head. portmatched exhaust and intake, 1mm larger valves, (had an 086 head @ 1 time) 11:1 pistons and a few others.
