anyone going to be there?? im coming in from Tennessee thursday night, anything fun to do around the indy area?
I want to go so bad but I have to race myself that day. Hearing an F1 car in person must be freaken awesome.

Im going in saturday morning for qualifying and saying over for the race the next day. Suposedly indy has this kick a$$ indoor go kart track, problem is usualy one of the F1 teams take it over for the weekend. I belive it was Williams las year. Im sure there are other stuff, just try google for stuff around indy.

turn on a really powerful shop vac and hold the end of the tube in the vacinity of yer ear...... thats pretty much it
i went and saw one of the qual/ practice sessions last year and i was like holy @!#$ i want my shop vac to go that fast............... take a tape recorder or something........ thats a sound yer gonna wanna keep
lol it was on my answering machine for like ever....... like 4 months till my mom got the machine one day and heard race cars lol

Ive been every year to the F1 race. I love it, nothing sounds like those cars. Ill be going to the track everyday.

yes it might just be the nicest sound youve heard and im fortunate enough to have experienced in person a few times. u think its pretty awesome when one car comes flying by in qualifying, but untill u hear them in a pack. its like......um.... sex for your ears
nahh the nicest sound ive ever heard was that of the ferrari 575M GTC that v12 just screams at ya and for some reason that motor sounds just a little better in the lower rpms then it does upper
pro-drive was running a pair of them along with their 360's in another class at road atlanta last year when i was visiting my aunt and uncle....... you wanna talk aboot a car that just screams IM COMIN FOR YA PUNK AND IM GONNA RIP YOU TO SHREDS lol
but im not saying that the f1 cars dont sound orgasmic as it is lol

I love the Ferrari 550 and 575 GT cars in the FIA GT Series. I watch them whenever they show it on Speed channel, great racing!

I will be sitting across from the start/finish line for the race, the team i like sucks so bad this year, and that the Jordan team.

It sucked watching six cars race, but then again Jordan got a 3rd place
. I was pissed, but i renewed my tickets for next year and got to drive the f1 circuit.
