There's no way you'll get 13,500 for that car.

I just sold my 03 cav with 28k miles and a 100k warranty, type j kit, hood, wheels, suspension, etc. for $8,500. And you know what that car looked like. That was blue book on the car without mods. I sold it for blue book without adding money for mods to a girl here in Michigan who is associated with people that would help her finish the car the RIGHT way. I could have gotten 10 at best, but I wanted to see it in a good home, and I can still see the car occasionaly.

With your mods and miles, I would say a more safe starting price would be around 7,500.
