This is an organizational thread to see if we can get a spring meetup/cookout going! I'm thinking a Sunday in May, this would give plenty of time for people to find out about it and schedule for it...

I am willing to show. My car is far from done just has a few minor things done but I'll show if nothing from work comes up. So its May 26th at what time and is Chesapeake city park the finalized spot.
If everyone is good with cpeake city park, we'll go there.. how's 1 PM sound?
If I am not working and Cavalier in not an embarassed state as it is atm I will try to meet up., I'm on the Hampton side. Tokico's might be on by then have to order from Ebay or Amazon as Andysautosport cannot get the Hp Blues atm.
We all understand. The multiple stages of a build from stock to stupid... just looking to get together with fellow j-body enthusiasts.
Chesapeake city park works for me and so does the date and time. I'll stay tuned in for any changes also if y'all plan on cooking just let me know what is needed so I can pitch in.
as of right now its looking to be like a pot luck you could say at this point i dont think any one person has commited to bringing anything specific
I think Mike's still in town ( the one with the charged red cavi) haven't heard from him in a while though. Other then that I don't know.
But this sounds great can't wait.

Now that does peak my interest. I'll have to check my schedule I know our ship is suppose to have sea trails at the end of this month if it doesn't interfere I could be down.
My hotel is the official drop jaw hotel listed on the page... my rates, i believe, are the same or cheaper than drop jaw rates, since we booked back in January before they worked a deal out with Dropjaw.
Let me know, we have plenty of extra rooms.

I dont know if the cavalier will be done or not though. Just ordered a ton of parts today and have to reassemble the whole engine/break it in. And see if it actually turns over in the first place.
