The winshield sill? Don't know what its called, the upper part of the dash. I need it for a 2000, but doesnt matter what its from or what color if it fits. Let me know if you have one. Thanks.
It's attached to the entire dash assembly.
I have a whole one to replace my cracked dash, But it's tan on the lower part and charcoal on the top, out of a '95-'99. I need a full charcoal one. I think you can still put the radio up top and use a 00+ bezel. Not sure though..

@!#$ I just bought a bezel for it ...... I didn't realize that was all one piece. I have CBevis' car where he made a custom piece with speakers in it, and its seperate from the dash. hmmm
Well I guess I am looking for the dash top then. 00-02 or whatever fits. charcoal, graphite or gray.
Yeah, I remember when he made that, He cut that piece off the dash to fix it and put speakers in.
Its pretty sweet actually but I can't seem to stop it from rattling the windshield and I am going to put 6x9's back in the rear.
Now that he says that, It's not a bad idea, Get some foam with double sided tape on one side and stick it to the windshield where it contacts it. May work pretty well. I still have the stock felt bumpers on my windshield.
I think I actually have some of that. I'll give it a shot
