2005 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged
2.0l 4cyl./5 speed
81,xxx miles
Exterior: Victory Red
Interior: Black leather, red inserts.
Car was bought while I was down south so the car is in better condition than most 6 year old Cobalt's and this has been it's first winter. I'm the second owner, adult owned, driven, and maintained. Car has gotten the recommended Mobil1 full-synthetic oil well before needed and has just recently had the 75,000 mile maintenance performed, including a transmission fluid change to Royal Purple, and a new fuel filter. No expense spared. I've driven this car from Virginia to Michigan a few times so most mileage is highway. Power everything with sunroof, leather interior, factory Pioneer system including a sub, upgraded to Infinity tweeters and added iPod/aux. cable hookup.
I have currently returned majority of the car back to stock as it has became a commuter, I simply drive it to and from work, roughly 80 miles daily so it sees the highway and nothing else. Only downside right now is the lack of factory wheels, it has Saab rims with Hankook snow tires on it at the moment.

i'll trade you a non boosted older gm grocery getter........it's blue.....
I wanted to go out of my way and say that I do not want to buy this vehicle.
With that being said, bump for one of the most respectable sellers on the JBO and in general.

You still owe me two cases!
Joe.... i am going to check out what insurance would be like for it and see about getting a loan. What kind of gas mileage are you looking at with it commuting on the highway?

if i am not mistaken but the cobalts ss/sc get 25 in town and 31 highway. atleast thats what i think jmarks told me he got out of his with a smaller pulley and rough tune.
this car is defentaly worth it. gl joe
Yeah i know there is different set ups so i was just trying to see what HE gets because i make the same distance of commute every day for work.
I average around 30ish right now, I drive 80 miles a day to work, normally cruise set around 75mph.
Gas mileage in it is great, though tuned > stock tune in that essence.
I'm looking to move it and the OBO is there, being honest trading it in is a huge hit as there is no demand for these locally so I'm trying to pay the negative equity I'm in out of pocket versus tacking it to another car.
Update:
Just ordered brand new Monroe front strut mounts, and upgraded Moog swaybar endlinks. This will remedy the minor clunk the car has in the front for sure. Sure the cold temps also highlight it.
question, not to detract from the car. but just curious, are you willing to part with the lower 2.4 grille? cant find any around here, or online, and do not want an aftermarket. looking to keep it all GM parts. also, u know where i could get a drivers side GM projector foglight?
