I'm currently in the process of moving and I've come to realize that I have way to many cavalier parts laying around.
I have a 1996 cavalier z24 shell It has a motor in it but it's blown. It has a brand new hood and front bumper waiting to go on it that is freshly repainted. Id like to get this out of my yard because I have no time to rebuild this car and my parents are tired of looking at it. I'll include another blown motor with head for the price Rims not included - $500 OBO
A set of 17" ADR black rims with a chrome lip lexani z rated tires a lot of tread left on them. I don't have another set of rims for this car I'm in the process of looking for something cheap to put on there so ill look for a trade i'm not looking for anything nice because im getting rid of it. - 500

Mike there is only some surface rust on the outside of the car. It's starting to rust out in the back under the car but it's in really good shape for a 96 it has been in my family for atleast 8 years and it hasn't seen a salty road in that time. Ill take some pictures of what is rusty so you can decide if its worth the drive for you.
The sundown fire. Id be willing to do the trade on the front clip if mike isn't interested in taking the shell. The parts that I have freshly painted would go to him first. If he doesn't want it ill sell it to you for the price it cost me at the body shop so I can at least come out even.
I really would like to do the trade for the rims in person because I don't enough jack stands to suspend the car and its sitting on gravel.
I would be willing to work something out for the 95-99 z wheels if they have tires on them. If not id just need to know the size tire i would need so i could talk to my uncle about getting a cheap set of tires.
They do have tires on them, still a pretty decent amount of tread left also
If it's not too bad, I may be down.
I want a clean shell to build on
Here are some pictures of the problem areas on the car. The under body isn't in that bad of shape nothing that a wire wheel and frame paint can't fix. I started working on the front of the car with taking off the surface rust on the actual bumper. The only thing left to do for rust on the front of the car is the battery box and replace the hood and put the right color bumper on. The doors are starting to rust and the bottoms of the quarter panels are also starting to go. These shouldn't be to bad to fix without replacing entire panels. That's what my body guy said. I didn't get around to it because the engine blew.
But on to what comes with the car. I just had the top end of the car rebuilt. It has all new exhaust valves and a three angle valve job. These shouldn't be in bad shape because it wasn't over heated. It comes with another blown engine and head. I'm not sure what you will be able to piece together from the two but if you don't want it i'll just scrap it. The car is lowered. I'm not sure on what they're yellow and the rides kind of rough but it makes the car stiff which makes it handle well.
It has a new drivers side axle and I think it needs a passenger one or a wheel bearing it started making a noise the same time as the engine. I just replaced all of the brakes hawk ferro carbon with baer drilled and slotted rotors. and has new shoes and hardware in the back.
There isn't much for performance besides a intake and a short throw shifter which needs to be replaced because the bushing is gone.
It also has one control arm prothane bushing. It comes with the other one I just got lazy.
The interior isn't to bad but could use some fixing up. A headliner and a sunroof motor would really clean it up.

Also The shell is being parted out because I don't think there will any takers on that. So if you need a part ask.
AEM short ram intake - 40
baer rotors used for a month in perfect shape - 50 obo will give pads if interested
Lowering springs and shocks - 100 not sure of brand but it lowers the car.
I'll post more if i think of anything.
pls post pics of springs and struts, im interested, id also like to buy the sideskirts.
