I'm spending to much money at the Chevy dealer to:
-unlock my factory radio
-programming my new factory keyless remote
-setting the mile on my new ecu
All they use is the Tech 2 device and configure.
Does anyone in Florida have a Tech 2?
OR
know any chevy/gm dealer that does it for free or good price?
or is there another tool we can us?

Mileage is not stored in the ECU. It is stored in the BCM.

I also need someone with a Tech2 to come and bleed the master cylinder/ABS module on my 97 Z24. The sooner the better so I can get this thing sold.
