Noticed in several threads there is a handful of us within driving distance of Charlotte.
I know we're planning a big southeast meet in Montgomery, Al in April as it starting to look like.
But I'd love to have a meet somewhat locally, Charlotte is only about an hour 45 minutes for me.
I know a lot of you are only within an hour or less.
Maybe sometime next year when it warms up we could do a small meet perhaps at Carowinds or something?
I'm thinking we could have 10-15 people at least, maybe a few more if people brought some friends along.
I know of 6 right of the top of my head who aren't on here, but would still come(not all Jbody but still).
Anyone up for something?

Heck maybe we could try something at a track I know Wilkesboro(spelling?) and Mooresville both have tracks.

Well I don't know what Charlotte offers to do aside from Carowinds and Pull-A-Part so you local-ish guys, what do you recommend to do?

face being a happy face not laughing, anyway There is always the National White Water Center if that would be preferred over Carowinds.

Scratch the haunted maze, its only in October.

it says that the mill is open all year but the pass thing for its only good in October, and i can do any meeting after mid jan.

The mooresville drag strip has test and tune nights on Thursdays
Oh and concord mills is losing NASCAR speed park and getting an aquarium in its place

Oh yea and we get some pretty good gun shows twice a year
