Is it in decent shape? Does it need any work done to it? Does it leak at all? I am not looking to buy something where i have to do work to make it right. Does it have any backets on it so i can rig up something to make it stay on the car or do i have to weld something to it? How much do you think shipping would be on it? thanks guy
