I don't know that anyone is in NC tuning their j platforms. You might have better luck checking out cobalt forums. If you get the money saved there is a great shop out this way that does great tuning.
I'd be willing to drive there and tune it but it'd cost you a few hundred

There's a shop outside of Mooresville called pcmforless.com The owner is Alvin Anderson call him 704-307-4277 and tell him what you need. I drove 4 hours to have my truck tuned.

gave up on sellin it no one seemed interested in it now just need a hook up for the tune anyone know anyone
