one of our coldest mornings of the year last week i started my car and sat there n let it warm up like i usually do. so a few minutes later im cruisin down the street and a cab cuts me off. no prob. i move over just enough to miss him and pull right back in front of him. as i pull in front of him i see smoke in his headlights and realize its comin from my car. so now im lookin back everytime i pass a streetlight and theres a huge trail of smoke. then my oil light starts comin on. by the time i get to work the oil light is steady on and i shut it off asap. i pop the hood n grab my flashlight but all i can see is oil, everywhere. after work i get back to my car and throw a quart of oil in and start it up. the oil pressure sensor had a crack in it and was pissin oil out all over the place. it was fixed with 10 bucks, a pair of pliers, and about 5 minutes. this car stresses me out more than a chick sumtimes!!

Haha, I had my sensor go bad but wasn't cracked. Saw the light come on and was like, Meh its a 2200, and drove home.
that sucks man.. you need to hit me up.. ive been working alot and bout to trhowt the turbo on pretty soon...
but for now just need to chill

something like that happened to me stupid o2 sensor and exhaust leak at the same time is no joke

I melted down a Honda D15 in a CR-X I used to have.. it was AWESOME!!!

on top of the motor, between the cams, drivers-side with 1 plug goin to it.. right where my oil was sprayin out from.. lol

Didn't know what was going to happen with mine as it never sounded bad or started running hotter, but with a 2200 they're a dime a dozen in the junkyard and there's always a 3400 swap. Had a spare car then also.

LD9 takes the cake. Nothing like throwing a rod through the side of the motor doing 65 on the freeway.

No-Limit, is it that sensor that sticks out from under the IDI cover on the driver's side?

That's not a sensor....that's the plug for the ignition control module....

Yeah, that's the oil pressure sensor. Between the two cam towers. Kinda coming out of the one cam tower at an angle.

yes sir, it is now my mothers and sisters car and is also automatic now. Still sits on 16s, with major curb rash, a missing center cap, lip kit is scratched up all around and a tranny that is starting to act up cuz my lovely mother believes in a tranny flush and my sister likes to race hondas BLAH! I was driving it yesterday the only thing i miss about it is the beautiful turn radius toyotas have and the smooth ass power steering lol.
lol cuz shes honda h8er too...the matrix can put down some serious power especially the XRS dont underestimate those big things lol
